Whether you’re looking to remodel a single room or your entire home, full-service design is a turn-key service that takes your project from concept to completion.

First, we develop design concepts and floor plans. Then we choose all finishes, fixtures, furniture & styling elements.

Once the design is set, we handle all of the purchasing logistics and collaborate with your contractor to ensure it’s all installed seamlessly.

We’ll provide guidance on anything from floor plan suggestions, furnishing & fixture selections, and paint color schemes.

How it works:

-We’ll set up a 20 minute Zoom call to talk through your goals for your space. Ahead of the call, you can send over as much info as you’d like. From current floor plans to inspo photos, the more info we have, the better!

-During the 2 hour consultation, you’ll walk us through your home and we’ll provide recommendations as we go.

-After the meeting, we’ll spend 1 hour finalizing our recommendations, which could include sourcing specific products or creating a floor plan.

We always start with a mood board consisting of inspirational images to make sure we’re speaking the same language and we’re aligned on the look and feel of the space. This phase also includes multiple floor plan options to choose from.

We select every single finish that goes into a space from tile and lighting to furniture and artwork. This phase also includes full drawing sets with elevations to be used for construction and furniture install.

We handle all of the purchasing and tracking for all fixtures and furniture. If your budget allows, we can also store all items and deliver and set up all at once on Install Day.

We help manage the project by providing full drawing sets, spec sheets, and FF&E schedules. We work closely with your contractor via site visits and phone communication to ensure everything is installed perfectly. Once construction is complete, we plan an Install Day to bring the space to life!
